WHERE TO FIND US

The Athens Conservatoire is located in the centre of Athens, within a 15 minute walking distance from Syntagma Square and 8 min from Kolonaki Square or Zappeio.
We are next to the Aristotle Lyceum, very close to the Presidential Mansion, the Parliament, the National Gardens and the Zappeion Mansion, also within walking distance to the Panathenaic Stadium, where the first Olympic Games of modern times took place in 1896.

ENTRANCE TO OUR PREMISES

From September 2025, entry to the building and the venues of the Athens Conservatoire will only be possible from the main entrance on Rigillis Street or from the stairs at the corner of Vas. Georgiou Avenue & Rigillis Street.
This inconvenience is only temporary for as long as the renovation project of the surrounding area for the creation of the Athens Conservatoire Park, is in progress.

HOW TO GET TO THE ATHENS CONSERVATOIRE

The nearest METRO station is “Evangelismos” (Line 3: Agia Marina-Doukissis Plakentias/Airport, schedule here)

Bus lines passing through Vasileos Konstantinou Avenue:

Bus Stop: “National Research Foundation”

Bus Line 550 (P.Faliro-Kifisia) and Bus Line 10 (Tzitzifies-Chalandri)

Bus stops on Vasilissis Sofias Avenue: Rigillis or Byzantine Museum-Rigillis

VISITORS 

When visiting Athens it is very easy to find us.

From the Athens International Airport:

• Take the METRO towards Syntagma Square & you reach us in about 50 minutes (get off at Evangelismos Metro station)
  or
• Take the X95 Airport Express Bus to Enangelismos Bus Stop or Syntagma Square & you reach us after a few minutes walk

From/To the Piraeus Port:
You can also reach us by taking the subway METRO Line 1 (Green line: Kifissia to Piraeus) from Monastiraki Metro or Omonia Metro stations, to/from the main Piraeus Metro station at the port, the trip takes about 20 minutes.
