ΕΛΛΗΝΙΚΑ

Το Διεθνές Φεστιβάλ Κιθάρας είναι ένας θεσμός που μετρά φέτος 37 έτη συνεχούς προσφοράς στη διεθνή μουσική σκηνή υπό την καλλιτεχνική διεύθυνση του Κώστα Κοτσιώλη.

Για δεύτερη χρονιά στην Αθήνα, ανοίγει τις πύλες του στους χώρους του Ωδείου Αθηνών από τις 9 ως και τις 12 Μαΐου και υποδέχεται το φιλόμουσο κοινό με μερικούς από τους κορυφαίους διεθνώς μουσικούς της κιθαριστικής σκηνής.

Το καλλιτεχνικό πρόγραμμα περιλαμβάνει μεταξύ άλλων το μυθικό ντούο Sergio & Odair ASSAD και την εκπληκτική τραγουδίστρια και κιθαρίστα Badi ASSAD από τη Βραζιλία, τον κορυφαίο του φλαμένκο Grisha Goryachev από τις Ηνωμένες Πολιτείες, τον Giuseppe Gibbonι (1ο βραβείο στον διαγωνισμό για βιολί “N.Paganini”-2021), ο οποίος εμφανίζεται μαζί με την κιθαρίστρια Carlotta Dalia από την Ιταλία, τους δεξιοτέχνες Silfredo Perez και Marco Tamayo από την Αυστρία και βέβαια τους Έλληνες σολίστ Μιχάλη Κονταξάκη, Θάνο Μήτσαλα, Κίμωνα Βιντηλαίο, Άκη Σιψά και Σάββα Τσέλιο. Μαζί τους εμφανίζεται το σύνολο  Bit gia Bit και η Underground youth symphony orchestra σε διεύθυνση Κώστα Ηλιάδη. 

Το Φεστιβάλ διοργανώνεται από την EGTA – Hellas και πραγματοποιείται με την συνδρομή του Ωδείου Αθηνών και του Athens Conservatoire College of Music.

The International Guitar Festival is an institution that this year marks 37 years of continuous contribution to the international music scene under the artistic direction of Kostas Kotsiolis.

For its second year in Athens, the festival opens its doors at the Athens Conservatoire from May 9th to May 12th and welcomes music enthusiasts with some of the top international musicians of the guitar scene.

The artistic program includes, among others, the legendary duo Sergio & Odair Assad and the amazing singer and guitarist Badi Assad from Brazil, the top flamenco artist Grisha Goryachev from the United States, Giuseppe Gibboni (1st prize at the “N.Paganini” violin competition-2021), who performs together with the guitarist Carlotta Dalia from Italy, the virtuosos Silfredo Perez and Marco Tamayo from Austria, and of course the Greek soloists Michalis Kontaxakis, Thanos Mitsalas, Kimonas Vidaliakis, Akis Sipsas, and Savvas Tselys. Along with them, the ensemble Bit gia Bit and the Underground youth symphony orchestra appear under the direction of Kostas Iliadis.

The Festival is organized by EGTA – Hellas and is held with the support of theAthens Conservatoire and the Athens Conservatoire College of Music.
